field of Information Technology emanates from 23 years of international

She has global management expertise covering P&L responsibility,

Jim has over 30 years experience in all aspects of lifecycle
Information Systems Security and holds the security certifications
of Certified Information Systems Security Professional and Certified
Information Security Manager.
He has hands-on experience with the use of ISO 27001, ISO 27002,
and NIST SP 800-53 security requirements, the certification and
accreditation of enterprise security, the process for EU Safe
Harbor security certification, and the OPM certification and accreditation
of industry data centers.
Jim previously served in a public company as Corporate Information
Security Manager, reporting to the General Counsel, and was directly
responsible for the company's enterprise Information Assurance
program ensuring compliance with government and client security
and privacy - HIPPA, GLBA, SOX, CA1386, etc.
He has provided security consulting services to government and
commercial clients, including the NSA, FBI, IRS, HBO, Time-Warner,
VIACOM, Scientific-Atlanta and Motorola. Jim honorably served
his country in secure global tactical and strategic communications
as a Naval Communicator.

Dean Vanech

Dean brings 20 years of subject matter and management experience
with top-tier law firms and other legal services entities with
him to Loxodrome. His case management background is primarily
in large, complex litigation, with deep experience in managing
the discovery phases of antitrust, employment and intellectual
property matters.
He graduated from case management work to lead a department of
paralegals and contract attorneys in the Silicon Valley office
of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. Here, Dean consulted on
and oversaw the electronic discovery aspects of large cases, assisting
partners with developing strategies and structuring and managing
large teams, including vendors and other outsourced functions.
Dean took these skills to the next level as a firmwide administrator
with O'Melveny & Myers, interacting with large, national vendors
on strategic alliances for staffing and related needs for large
cases.
Throughout his career, Dean has passionately strived to develop
process-driven efficiencies, always with an eye toward surpassing
business goals. A strong leader with a commitment to teambuilding,
he brings strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication
skills to his work, along with a commitment to client service.
Dean holds a double B.A. from Stanford University, where he graduated

Kelly has over 7 years of subject matter experience working
on complex litigation matters with a niche in managing the e-discovery
process from document collection through production.
She has adapted and become knowledgeable in a variety of industries,
from DSL co-location and marketing to sand dredging, in order
to train teams of reviewers to issue code and designate documents
for significance and production. She has worked on an international
merger managing the flow of millions of pages of paper including
hundreds of electronic repositories for the collection of data
in response to weekly production deadlines and shifts of document
processors and reviewers that worked around the clock.
She possesses experience in preparing documents for use in depositions
and trial, supporting the trial team in the courtroom by creating
graphics and managing the use and visibility of documents and
working with the court and opposing counsel on the organization
and submission of trial exhibits and other related document
She has worked both for law firms such as Pillsbury Winthrop as
well as corporate legal departments for companies such as Affymetrix,
providing a thorough perspective on ways of successfully managing
all sizes of cases.

Sangeeta has over 10 years of experience in law, contracts
and business processes. She brings to Loxodrome both her legal
expertise and her prior experience in the LPO industry, as well
as her practice in the Bombay High Court.
Before Loxodrome, Sangeeta anchored one of the
service channels of the LPO division of a Top 10 NYSE listed BPO.
During her association she worked closely with solicitors in the
UK to develop and design specific contract domain expertise. This
included developing end-to-end processes, knowledge transfer,
training and structuring of operations. She has the demonstrated
ability to evolve new processes which clarify complex legal interactions

capitalization of US$ 1.25 billion. Dileep
