Data / ESI (Electronically Stored Information) Processing that will utilize the latest technology to provide analytical data that includes an accurate gauge of the volume of data to be reviewed, thereby making the cost and timeframe necessary to complete the discovery process more predictable and manageable.
Document Review that focuses on relevance, significance, confidentiality and privilege for both documents being produced as well as for documents received from opposing counsel. With client dedicated teams, the increased knowledge and familiarity with the subject matter allows our dual shore review team to understand the role various documents play in the any particular matter, and gives them the ability to issue code those documents for easy searching and quick reference.

Creation of Customized Reports Reports that include reviewer productivity, term hits and most importantly, a comprehensive privilege log, all of which can be used to support and defend the validity of the discovery process that was used.
